Tell me something? why is attempted murder not dealt with as the same as murder? Just because you failed to kill the person, does not mean you didn't want that person dead. So the prison sentence is less than murder.

Technically, the potential penalty for attempted murder is the same as murder... it doesnt always play out that way because often attempts are stopped short because of conscience or other factors, but there are been people imprisoned for life for attempted murder. |

You cannot make thise stuff up.
A guy who worked at Starbucks did a vid of him actually crying because they wanted him to work 8 hours.
A woman wanted to sue her parents because she wasn't asked to be born.
A guy did a vid of him having menstrual craqmps.
There are actual signs around London at the end of sidewalks that say "Sidewalk Ends".
We've all seen roundabouts, so, around London, there are signs about 200 yards from the roundabout saying that you can Google "How to use a roundabout". (really at one roundabout there is no place to pull over to Google that?)
When I was a kid (more than a few years ago), I "actually" knew that traffic signals were red (means stop, yellow means caution, green meant go), yep I was pretty smart was back then, but, now cylists at dumb and need their own traffic signals (smaller ones than tose that are for vehicles, right next to the ones for vehicles). Evidently cyclists need their own special smaller signals because they can't see the signals for vehilces.
There's a intersection with a controlled traffic signal that has a "hump" in the whole intersection, just not a hump in the road that we've all seen, it's in the whole intersection.
This is why I am glad I am old and will die.

(Its "theft" because stores arent sure how much is customer error, or intentional). And yet, many stores continue to implement more and more of them. They'd rather lose the money to theft than employ/pay someone! lol. |

Ya know? One orders flower bulbs that they tell you to plant when the soil goes to 55F. Well? There Are apps that tell one what the temp is which is 65F about where I am. So why did they send them out already? What refrigerator am I supposed to store them in at 55-60?

It looks like when I was 16 and Trump was 24 we assumed that if we lived in the United States we should decide what to do if offered the post of Emperor of Japan in regrets for having left him there after the war. I declined. It's the right thing to do still. To my mind. The 7th Dawn is a good movie BTW. Free on YouTube and has Capucine who died way too young.

Apparently my watering the lawn is a net negative since the water has a ph between 7 and 8.6 when the grass needs a ph of an acidic 6.2-6.5 to be able to intake nutrients.
Nobody tells me anything. And my lawn looks horrible. Damn.
